This place should be condemned for real! Stay away!

The place has a terrible smell when you walk in the door. They first put me in a room with a deadbolt that didnt work and no chain. The next room wasnt cleaned yet and had a messy bed and towels on the bathroom floor. The final room they put me in only had two small beds even though I paid for a king bed.

There was hair in the sink, there was no batteries in the tv remote and even using the manual buttons it didnt work and the phone didnt work. I had to call the office from my cell and they said no refunds. There was some loud mechanical sound outside my room that kept going off every minute or so making it hard to sleep. When I called Choice to complain the next day they said the room was cancelled yet I have a receipt and credit card posted transaction and even the deposit refunded but not the room charge.

It appears I am stuck but you dont have to be.

Stay away. This place needs to be bulldozed to the ground.

I booked a NON-SMOKING double bed room in Wildomar, ca through reservationdesk.com as described on the website as smoke-free rooms. The room I was given was filled with smoke.

The young girl at the desk offered me a room (for 3 people please keep in mind) next door with king bed. I walked in the room-STAINS on the bedspread, doors in both rooms looked like they had been kicked in. I was offered a 3rd room but again, a king bed. This room had graffiti on the wall covered by a picture.

Smelled like mildew. Manager then said he was charging me for the room plus $60 for the sheets in the 2nd room I looked at for less than 2 minutes. I left. Did not spend the night.

Reservationdesk.com said they would not give me refund because they had a contract with the hotel.

The manager, who I never met and was only on the phone, also refused to refund my money even though I never spent more than 20 minutes at this disgusting hotel. WARNING; STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

We booked Rodeway for three nights over the Thanksgiving Weekend not knowing it was a Complete DUMP!! After we had hauled our clothes and luggage in, we saw curtains hanging from only a couple hooks, DIRTY Sink and Tub, cigarette burns on the toilet and tub, a sliding bathroom door that was completely broken and hanging from one hinge, a TV that didnt work, DIRTY CARPET, SINK, COUNTER, and BEDDING!

Instantly we told the desk clerk that we would NOT STAY the full three nights-but were very tired from traveling, and would remain for one night!! Homeless people were moving up and down the stairs above us all night, and were found SLEEPING OUTSIDE our room all night!! When I checked out the next morning, the lady tried to cover up the PAID IN FULL CHARGES by not giving me a receipt! After I loudly DEMANDED it, she gave me one showing charges for ALL THREE NIGHTS!!?

When I asked the manager who just walked in-he refused to reimburse us for the two nights we didnt stay!! He was a very NASTY, and ARROGANT Man (I can see why the rooms were such a mess!!!) After moving to a different Hotel in Billings, we were told that this same man was FIRED as a manager of this other motel for the same reasons I just described!!? Ive since contacted the BBB, Choice Hotels, and Billings Chamber!!

Dont know if ANYONE will help us, but will never again stay in a CHOICE Hotel!!

We also have been itching after leaving theres, and found we contacted BED LICE! I am seriously considering filing a LAWSUIT against these people for the nightmare weve been through!!

I booked through a reservation and when I got there they wanted to act like my ID was a problem even though I had a couple different ones the one I had my main one is cracked yet they still took it made a copy of it but made me pay in cash and deposit in cash all of it. I got there at 11:00 last night was exhausted from driving and felt like they just had some empty rooms and a good way to put some money in their own pockets.

When I woke up this morning we didn't even pull the covers back we just passed out on top but I noticed a lid to a syringe with a filter cotton ball dirty in the bed sheet. And a blood stain

I was at the hotel staying there. Ive been staying there about five or six days.

And paying the same way I would leave and sometimes forget to pay and then will pay online or pay when I got back. Left my stuff in the room each time. Came back to the room this particular day paid for my room. Walk to the front to get my keys refreshed.

And the lady in the front told me that I couldnt stay there. That I didnt have a reservation. I told her yes I do. She looked and saw that I did.

And they said I can stay I could not stay there . And then told me my belongings were on the side of the building. So I proceeded to get my things and asked her why I couldnt stay there. She could give me no reason.

So I gather my stuff and I left. Upon getting to where I could move the stuff around I noticed my computer was missing . Called and let them know. She told me to call come back tomorrow.

I called the police department. Got an incident report.
